To be considered for employment as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver you must not have ever been convicted of any of the following crimes listed below. Background checks are conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of our members and to maintain a high standard of service quality. Your personal information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used for the purpose of conducting the background checks. Once a satisfactory interview has been completed, you will authorize the request of your background check. Background checks are requested from Background Research Solutions LLC and Occuscreen LLC.  If you were charged, but not convicted of any of the following crimes listed below, please submit legal documentation of the dismissed charges.
