2. User Eligibility:

3. Booking and Cancellation:
- Bookings for NEMT services should be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

4. User Responsibilities:
- Users are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pick-up time. As a rule, please be ready an hour before your scheduled pick up. Failure to be ready may result in delays or missed transportation.
- Users must behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers during the journey.
- Users must provide appropriate car seats for children and secure seat and child properly.
- User must provide their own wheelchair or other mobility device.
- Users must not leave any belongings inside the van.
- Users may not eat, drink or smoke inside the van.
- Users may not ask driver to take them to any other destination other than the prescheduled destination.
- Users must wear seat belts at all times while inside the van.
5. Payment:
- Private Pay Users are required to pay the agreed-upon cost for our NEMT services, which may include any applicable fees, taxes, or surcharges.
- Payment methods accepted will be specified on our website or communicated during the booking process.
- In case of non-payment or insufficient payment, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers:
- Our NEMT services are not intended to provide emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.
- We strive to provide reliable and timely transportation. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific arrival times due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, long load time or other unforeseen circumstances.
